At Stockholmsmässan you will be served top quality food and drinks in all of our twelve different restaurants. With great routine and skill, we serve tens of thousands of guests simultaneously during our major congresses. Our restaurateur Mässresteauranger is also responsible for Sweden’s most prestigious meal – the Nobel Banquet – at the Stockholm City Hall.

Banquet, à la carte or fast food. At Stockholmsmässan you can eat the food you want – in the way you want. And if you don’t know how – we do! Here you can throw an exclusive party or offer catering at your stand for a select few. You can rely on our capacity to take care of many guests at the same time.

Our own pastry shop

Our restaurateur Mässrestauranger is a third-generation family business that, in addition to managing twelve restaurants and additional cafés during the major exhibitions, also runs its own pastry shop and has published its own baking book.

Organic and fair trade coffee

Not only are you treated to home made pastries during your stay, Mässrestauranger only serves organic and fair trade coffee and tea, uses only certified milk, and as many locally produced products as possible.

Sustainability at Mässrestauranger

All the restaurants in the chain work actively with sustainability issues and are either Nordic Swan Ecolabel or KRAV certified. The disposable material used is two-thirds recyclable and compostable. Food scraps, combustible waste and plastics are separated separately. Mässrestauranger’s CEO Maria Stridh is one of the founders of the Sustainable Restaurants network, which serves as a knowledge network for restaurants that want to work more sustainably.
In 2019, Maria received the Sustainable Hero of the Year award.
