Integration pact
As part of our sustainability work, Stockholmsmässan has joined the Integration Pact – the City of Stockholm’s member network for organizations that want to contribute to a more inclusive labor market and city.
The network brings together around 400 large and small organizations from the private sector, civil society and the public sector. The members of the Integration Pact have decided to address the fact that thousands of people are out of work while many jobs remain unfilled.
A network for a more inclusive labor market
The activities of the Integration Pact aim to create value and benefit for Stockholmers who are outside the labor market, with a focus on young people, newly arrived and foreign-born people, people with disabilities and others with difficulties entering the labor market.
Innovation and interaction between different societal actors
The Integration Pact was launched in the fall of 2019 with the vision that more Stockholmers will be able to establish themselves in the labor market and that more employers will be able to reach the required skills. The work of the network is based on the idea that innovation and interaction between different societal actors is crucial to strengthen inclusion and integration in the labor market in Stockholm.
The network supports one of Stockholmsmässan’s focus areas: social sustainability / Sustainable Community, where people and society should be in focus.
