We care about what ends up in your cup and on your plate. That’s why we serve only organic and fair trade coffee and tea, only use certified milk and choose locally produced food as much as possible. Our environmental work is an integral part of our venue, and all restaurants at Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan actively work with sustainability issues and are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the official sustainability ecolabel for the Nordic countries.<\/p>\n

When you’re in the mood for a cup of coffee with something freshly baked, visit the popular Caff\u00e8 Galleria. It offers cakes and pastries straight from the bakery. If you’re hungry, you’ll also find fresh salads and tasty sandwiches. You will find Caff\u00e9 Galleria in the aisle between Hall-A and Hall-B.<\/p>\n

Our cakes and pastries are baked with love in the bakery here at the fair. Treat yourself to a coffee break while gazing out over the bustling fair and plan your next booth visit.<\/p>\n

A centrally located caf\u00e9 – for both exhibitors and visitors – in the middle of the entrance square at the main entrance. Archipelago is a bistro caf\u00e9 directly connected to Flavour Kitchen. You can come here both in the morning and early evening. We serve lighter dishes, rich and hearty baguettes, as well as pies and pastries from our own bakery. Quench your thirst with a cold drink or take a break and enjoy a creamy cappuccino.<\/p>\n

All dip sauces are made from scratch and the bread for the burger is baked without gluten. The Farm – Relaxing design lounge<\/strong>

Designed by the Swedish design group Front, the interior of The Farm is a fun and relaxing place to recharge your batteries during your visit to the fair.
