We hold annual Sustainability Days and invite employees to raise awareness of the company’s sustainability work and inspire further sustainability initiatives. It is a unique initiative for employees during working hours.<\/p>\n

Sustainability Days at Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan are carried out based on the company\u2019s three focus areas within sustainability: Sustainable Community, Sustainable Environment and Sustainable Innovation. Each day highlights these three areas to engage and involve employees in Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan\u2019s sustainability work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The aim of Sustainability Days is to increase awareness of Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan\u2019s sustainability priorities while inspiring new initiatives. By bringing employees together in this way and creating space for conversations around sustainability, we boost engagement and foster a sense of pride, unity, and belief in the future. These days contribute positively to the company culture. Sustainability Days are a much-appreciated feature of the working week and received high praise from employees during previous editions.<\/p>\n

Days Filled with Activities<\/strong>
Sustainability Days are packed with activities scheduled at various times of the day, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to participate. One of the highlights is an inspirational breakfast with a guest speaker. Employees can also try activities such as yoga and take part in a shared clothes market to buy and sell garments.<\/p>\n

Sustainability Days strengthen the sense of togetherness among employees, inspire new initiatives, and increase understanding of how we work with sustainability at Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan.<\/p>\n
