a sustainable food choice

We care about what ends up in your cup and on your plate. That’s why we serve only organic and fair trade coffee and tea, only use certified milk and choose locally produced food as much as possible. Our environmental work is an integral part of our facility, and all restaurants at Stockholmsmässan actively work with sustainability issues and are either Svan-certified or KRAV-certified.
