Planning a kick-off and dinner in Stockholm and looking for a venue that combines vibrant energy, creativity and celebration? During the 2025 Odontologiska riksstämma och Swedental (The Nordic region’s largest meeting place for the dental industry), we at Stockholmsmässan had the pleasure of working together with our partner Adapt to support Creative Meetings and Folktandvården (The Public Dental Service) in delivering their event. The result was an inspiring conference and dinner, followed by two days filled with keynote sessions, networking and a spectacular evening celebration.
A Stockholm Event Venue with Stage, Lighting and State-of-the-Art Technology
The Victoria Hall is a flexible venue for large-scale events, accommodating thousands of guests and offering full technical capabilities. The hall is equipped with modern AV solutions and an impressive 18 × 5 metre LED screen. During Folktandvården’s autumn kick-off, the screen was used for dynamic backdrops, picture-in-picture presentations and multi-camera production, creating a seamless and immersive experience.

Panel discussion on stage
During the day, panel discussions were hosted live from the main stage in Victoria Hall. Full-screen background visuals, integrated picture-in-picture presentations and multi-camera production were used to create a dynamic and engaging experience.
Conference and dinner – all under one roof
One of Victoria Hall’s greatest advantages is the ability to transition seamlessly from a daytime conference to an evening dinner. During the day, the stage hosted panel discussions, keynote sessions and workshops. In the evening, the space was transformed into an elegant banquet hall with live music, a lighting show and a dance floor. This is the ideal solution for organisations looking to bring their entire team together for a complete event experience, with a focus on both networking and enjoyment – all without the need to change venue.
Autumn kick-off, networking and dancing
Victoria Hall is designed to transform seamlessly – from a conference venue to an evening event space in just a few hours. The hall accommodates dinner, networking and dancing, complete with stage, lighting and sound. Folktandvården’s kick-off concluded with a live band and dancing, bringing the evening to a memorable close.
