Sustainability is not just about reducing waste – it’s also about extending the life of what we already have. That’s why we at Stockholmsmässan have once again sent furniture for reuse within Stockholm City reuse service Stocket.
This time, 720 Castelli congress chairs, which have served us for 30 years, together with 20 benches from Blå Station and 6 cash desks, will be given a new function in schools, preschools, leisure activities, healthcare and theaters around the municipality.
Through the City of Stockholm’s reuse service Stocket, furniture is given a second chance, and some are even refurbished before being used. A great example of how we can give quality furniture a longer life instead of throwing it away!
