Stockholmsmässan will continue to operate in Älvsjö until at least 2034

In the Stockholm City Urban Development consultation program “Program for Älvsjödalen,” a plan for future urban planning for the Älvsjö area where Stockholmsmässan is located, is presented. It states that Stockholmsmässan will remain at the site until a new location is found for the operations. An article in one of the major newspapers, Dagens Nyheter, on May 7 2025, indicates that this will be until at least 2034.

New Organiser of Public Fairs at Stockholmsmässan

On 1 October, Stockholmsmässan announced a new strategic direction: with a focus on business meetings. The company has therefore sought another organiser to take over the consumer exhibitions. It is now confirmed that Numera Mässor will acquire the portfolio and become the new organiser.
