Stockholmsmässan is the largest exhibition and congress centre in the Nordic region and an important business for Stockholm’s tourism industry. The effort to find an external party to take over the ownership of Stockholmsmässan has been ongoing since January 2024. There have been several interested parties, but no agreement has been reached that meets the owner’s requirements. Therefore, the decision has been made that the City of Stockholm will retain ownership of the business. The exhibition and congress activities will now be developed and continue to deliver high-quality experiences for visitors.
Stockholmsmässan will continue to operate in its existing facility in Älvsjö at least until 2034.
