During the summer, Stockholmsmässan installed solar panels on the roof of the facility closest to the eastern parking lot.
In total, there are 350 solar cells on an area covering about 830 square meters.
The production generated by the system corresponds to the annual consumption of around 10 houses.
– We are proud to have installed solar panels on parts of the facility’s roof, which is a step towards reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable energy,” says Linda Elmén, Sustainability Manager at Stockholmsmässan.
