Accessibility

Stockholmsmässan aims to be accessible to everyone. To ensure this, all our restaurants, congress rooms and exhibition halls have ground-level access.

accessibility for everyone

We continuously work to ensure that Stockholmsmässan is an accessible place for everyone. If you are a caregiver or sign language interpreter, you always have free entry when you are here with your client. This applies to up to two caregivers, and you must be able to show proof of your client.

However, at some events, limited accessibility may occur, for example, at events with built-up level differences or large crowds. This means that at some events, we offer free entry to those who use wheelchairs.

Please contact us before your visit if you have any questions.

Certified assistance dog

Certified assistance dogs, such as service, joint and medical alert and signal dogs are allowed to enter the fair. Exhibiting dogs are, of course, allowed to enter dog shows.

DOGS

Dogs are not allowed inside the exhibition area. The only exceptions we make are for assistance dogs and show dogs during dog shows.

Elevators

A wheelchair-accessible elevator to the second floor is available in Gallery A. There is also an elevator down to Hall B and from the main entrance hall to the indoor parking space. If you need assistance, please contact the Information desk in the main entrance.

Hearing aids

Stockholmsmässan has a hearing aid system for hearing impaired people. The hearing aid loop has its own radio reciever, which means that you will hear the performace/lecture very well without any disturbing background noise.

The hearing aids are available at the following halls:
Victoria hall, K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2.

You can pick them up in the Information desk upon presentation of ID.

Parking spaces

We have about 25 parking spaces reserved for disabled parking permit holders. You can find these in the garage at P1, outside the Scandic Talk hotel and at the eastern entrance. The parking permit of course also applies to other parking spaces.

Restaurants

All of the fixed restaurants at Stockholmsmässan are wheelchair accessible.

See the full map of accessible restrooms.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan at the Information desk at the main entrance upon presentation of identification. The wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance.
