These are the services Stockholmsmässan offers on-site.
Limited accessibility may occur at certain fairs, such as those with built-in level differences or with high visitor traffic. This means that at some fairs, we offer free admission to visitors who are wheelchair users. If you are a caregiver and are here in your professional capacity, you also have free admission together with your user.

Accessibility
We are continuously working to ensure that Stockholmsmässan is an accessible place for everyone. Read more about how Stockholmsmässan works with accessibility.
Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the venue. The only exceptions we make are for assistance dogs and show dogs during dog shows.

Bicycle Parking
There are bike racks by the flagpoles outside the main entrance. In the commuter train slope, next to Älvsjö Station, there are several bike racks. Adjacent to the commuter train station, there are also bike garages and bike lockers.

Cashless facility
Stockholmsmässan is a cashless facility. We accept most credit cards.
Charging devices
We have power banks available for rent at the Information Desk in the main entrance.
Changing rooms
There are changing tables in all our accessible restrooms. Here you will find a map of accessible restrooms.
Cloakrooms
We have several cloakrooms throughout the facility. The fee is 40 SEK for a jacket and 40 SEK for a bag. Payment is made by card.
Companions
Companions accompany the user free of charge upon presentation of a companion certificate.

Defibrillators
Stockholmsmässan has long worked on the criteria, routines, and training required to become a Heart Safe Zone, and we are proud to be heart-safe. We regularly train our staff in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). More information about our defibrillators and their locations within the facility.
Dogs
Certified assistance and guide dogs, such as service, medically alert, and signal dogs, are allowed to enter the fair. Exhibiting dogs are, of course, allowed to enter dog shows.

Electric car
There are 24 charging stations in the garage, entrance P2. Payment is made according to the specified rate. More information about parking can be found here.
Elevators
Elevators are available in the A gallery and in hall B, as well as down to the parking garage at the main entrance.
F
First aid
Stockholmsmässan is certified in the Swedish Heart and Lung Foundation’s Heart Safe Zone. We have several defibrillators in various locations throughout the facility, and our security guards are trained in first aid. Find out more about our defibrillators and where to find them in the facility.
Food and drinks

Hearing aids
Stockholmsmässan has hearing aid systems for those with hearing aids. The hearing loop has its own radio receiver, which means you will hear the performance/lecture very clearly without disturbing background noise. These hearing aids are available in the following halls: Victoria Hall, K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2. If you have any questions during the event, please contact the Information Desk.

Information
Manned Information Desk is located at the main entrance.
Interpreter
Upon presentation of an interpreter certificate, a maximum of 2 interpreters can enter free of charge. The hearing impaired must pay.
Invitation letter
We do not issue invitation letters for visitors.

Kiosk
Pressbyrån is located near the main entrance. Opening hours follow the ongoing event.

Lost and Found
Found items are handed in to the Information Desk at the main entrance. After the event, please contact: visitorservice@stockholmsmassan.se.
Nursing rooms
There are nursing rooms equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for warming baby food and formula. Please contact the Information Desk at the main entrance for more information and access to the room. Here you will find all the nursing rooms in the facility.

Parking
If you arrive by car to Stockholmsmässan, we have nearly 3,000 parking spaces to choose from. Payment is made according to the specified rate. For questions, contact customer service at kundservice@stockholmparkering.se.

Stockholmsmässan offers a room of silence that you can use for prayer, meditation, or similar activities if you need a peaceful moment. Please contact the Information Desk at the main entrance for more information and access to the room.

Stockholmsmässan always strives to be a safe and secure facility. Here you will find everything related to safety.
Smoking
Stockholmsmässan is smoke-free. We allow smoking outdoors.
Storage lockers
For those who want to store valuables and bags, we have lockers near the entrance to the Victoria Hall. The lockers come in two different sizes. If you want to use a storage locker, scan the QR code on the locker with your mobile camera and follow the instruction.
Strollers to borrow
There are strollers available for loan at the information desk at the main entrance. Show your identification to borrow a stroller. Strollers cannot be reserved in advance.
Smoking
Stockholmsmässan is smoke-free. We allow smoking outdoors.
Sustainability

Taxi
In the main entrance, we have clear signs indicating which taxi companies we cooperate with. We recommend that you choose one of these companies.
Tickets
For several of our events, tickets can only be purchased online. Please visit the event’s website for more information.

Water Stations
We have several water stations where you can refill your own water bottle.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan at the information desk at the main entrance, upon a presentation of identification. The wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance.
